Your first contact is our conference coordinator, Ms Iris Kleinheinz, who is happy to receive your event wishes and booking enquiries for meetings, incentives, conferences, events and group trips. Together with the deputy conference coordinators, Ms Mandy Borschosch and Mr Mario Arnold, she will prepare you an offer that is specially tailored to your requirements.

Mr Markus Spies, the head of sales & rooms division, is available to you for basic questions related to booking our building. He is happy to advise you on the various options that Irsee Monastery offers as a conference hotel for events of all types and is also the contact for companies with framework contracts and room contingents.
