Fire alarms and fire extinguishers are located on each floor. For fire safety reasons, the lighting of candles or tea lights and the use of kettles or coffee machines is not permitted in the guest rooms.
To report an emergency, please call “91” (reception) on your room telephone.
A defibrillator is available on the ground floor next to the reception. Our staff is trained in its use.
A marked area below the maypole serves as an “assembly point” in case of an evacuation, 100 metres from the main entrance of the convent building.
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm at the latest. We are pleased to allocate available rooms sooner. If you urgently need a room for an early arrival, please book the room one night before your arrival.
Your room is at your disposal until 10:00 am on the day of departure. At this time your room key will become invalid.
The reception will be pleased to assist you.

As a conference guest at the Swabian Education Centre, you generally eat from the buffet.
A seat in our restaurant is already reserved for you.
In the neighbouring „Irseer Klosterbräu“ you can dine à la carte as a private guest and also reserve a table. Please note that the Klosterbräu is not part of the Swabian Education Centre.

The Irsee Art & Culture Trail (Irseer Kunst & Kultur Pfad) tells you all about the village of Irsee and takes about an hour to complete. The hiking guide “Irsee on foot” (Irsee zu Fuß) is available at the reception for € 5.00.

Please use bus lines 5/6/7 from the railway station to the “Plärrer” bus station; then take line 26 to the bus stop “Irsee Kriegerdenkmal”.
