At the beginning of every conference a team of experienced company technicians will be at your disposal for technical instructions and additionally will be on-call for the duration of your event.

Conference equipment

In each conference room we provide as basic equipment:
  • screen
  • overhead projector
  • flip chart including paper
  • pin board
  • moderator's case
  • media equipment trolley (with video recorder [S-VHS], television [84 cm screen] and radio recorder with CD-player)
  • telephone
  • internet access (LAN)
According to requirements we additionally put at your disposal:
  • slide projectors (slide or carousel)
  • video-camera (S-VHS camcorder)
  • HiFi-system
  • DVD-player
  • pin boards (118 x 146 cm) and flipcharts
  • exhibition walls (200 x 120 cm and 130 x 124 cm)
  • gymnastic mats
We offer you as supplementary technical equipment various video and digital projectors to be used to your individual requirements:
