The founder of the occidental monasticism, Benedict from Nursia gave his best attention to the guests of the monastery, especially concerning food and drink. Thus gastronomical culture, the art of brewing and viniculture belong to the treasure of tradition of the monastic joie de vivre.Our menu is adapted to your wishes, whether conference gastronomy or festive banquet, modern cuisine with a regional touch awaits you. We use only the freshest ingredients of best quality, with a priority for regional suppliers from Allgaeu.
Whether Mediterranean delicacies, Allgaeu-Swabian specialities or traditional cuisine, our kitchen staff will be pleased to advise you on the composition of your individual buffet or menu. For receptions, please find various suggestions for menus as a small insight into our culinary offers on the right-hand side. You are welcome to vary them according to your own ideas.
